CALABAR-An American Missionary and Evangelist, Daniel Kolenda is set to arrive Calabar, the Cross River State capital in November, for a great gospel crusade campaign, Calabar 2026,
The Great Gospel Crusade, is organized by Christ For All Nations (CfaN) ,a crusade and an outreach ministry and is expected to hold from November 12 -15 ,2026 with an estimated one million worshipers in attendance.
According to Apostle Trinity Ogar, Chairman, Central Planning Committee, CfaN Gospel Crusade, 2026, souls will be harvested massively for God, the sick will be healed, the oppressed will be set free, and churches will be revived to the glory of God .
He introduced Kolenda, the Missionary and Evangelist as the speaker at the event to the media in Calabar on Monday, and also announced that “God is set to do special things in Calabar and Cross River State in general.”
Ogar, who is the Cross River State Chairman of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), and acting State Chairman, Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), added that,”God is involved, the Heavens are fully in support and we are ready for the move of God in Calabar like never before.”
Also speaking on the Calabar Great Gospel Crusade, Rev. John Darku, the Executive Africa Director, Christ for All Nations CfaN, described the crusade as a religious gathering and a divine appointment with the State of Cross River, Nigeria and with the nations of the earth.
Darku, also added that “This crusade is not designed to compete with the Church in Cross River State, it is designed to strengthen her,” explaining that pastors will testify of increased membership with revitalized congregations and fresh wind of revival blowing through fellowships that may have grown weary.
Continuing, the Executive Africa Director stated that “What the crusade sows, the local church shall reap” and ” Wherever the gospel is preached with power, society is never the same. Crime reduces where consciences are transformed. ”
” Cross River State stands to gain economically, as thousands converge on Calabar for four days ,filling hotels, patronizing local businesses, transport services, restaurants, and markets,” Darku further stated ,explaining that “This is not only a spiritual investment; it is an economic stimulus for our traders, our artisans, our hospitality industry, and our informal sector.”
On political stability and peace, he assured that there will be prayers for transformed and peaceful populace even as tension will give way to tolerance, hostility to harmony, while citizens will begin to see one another not as rivals but as neighbours under one God.
Darku, also maintained that Cross River State, and indeed Nigeria at large, need the peace now more than ever as it will translate into political stability, into national cohesion, and into a united front against the forces that seek to divide Nigeria along ethnic, religious, and political lines.
